De functie:

Wij zijn op zoek naar een Recruiter die op zoek is naar een nieuwe uitdaging binnen het vak Recruitment. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opbouw en het onderhouden van je eigen pool van Professionals binnen verschillende vakgebieden. Je hebt veel vrijheid in deze functie en houden ervan als je in deze rol initiatief laat zien maar vooral heel veel creativiteit. Heb je geen ervaring maar wel de ambitie om het recruitment vak te leren? Dan mag je zeker solliciteren.

  • Wij zijn op zoek naar iemand die nieuwsgierig en weet hoe je de juiste vragen kan stellen in een intakegesprek.
  • Goed is in relatiebeheer maar dit ook 1 van je kerneigenschappen is;
